Please note that this document requires a basic understanding of terms used by the English UTAU community. As such, these terms will not be defined. For certain terms from outside of the community, hover over the term to see a definition (if it is avaliable). Misunderstandings of the terms of use will not be considered a valid excuse in cases where it is violated.
These terms may change. The version on this site will always be the current version. It applies to all versions of the voicebanks unless I state otherwise. If the terms of use become permanently unavailable, follow the latest version you can find.
Sexual and religious content is allowed to be created using the voicebanks.
The voicebanks can represent characters other than themselves.
Content endorsing* the following is not allowed:

***’Animals’ refers to depictions of real-life animals that cannot give meaningful consent to sexual acts. I do not give a damn about anthropomorphic characters or monsters. Those aren’t real.
The voicebanks must be listed by name in content where it is used.
When reasonable, I must be credited as the creator of the voicebanks as ‘DelphicVoiceAddragh’. A link to my social media or website would be appreciated, but isn’t necessary.
For the purposes of this document, ‘monetisation’ refers to any method of attempting to gain money from using the voicebanks/characters. This includes taking direct payment, taking ad revenue and putting content behind a paid subscription regardless of what the subscription is advertised as being for.

Please do not put anything of mine on FANDOM-owned websites. I hate FANDOM Inc. as a company and do not want anybody using my work to contribute to their attempted monopoly on pop culture information. This includes the UTAU Fandom wiki (https://utau.fandom.com) and any other wiki hosted by FANDOM Inc. services.
To start, I would like to say that you make whatever alterations you want to the voicebanks as long as it stays on your own device(s). It’s not like I can come to your house and break your hard drive about it, so I don’t really care.
The following can be shared:
All unofficial versions of the voicebanks must be clearly labelled as such and contain a copy of the terms of use. You may not write new terms of use or edit the existing one.
The following cannot be shared:
I am not responsible for non-functional or malicious unofficial versions of the voicebanks, and will not provide technical support for these versions.
The voicebanks are not to be used for the creation or promotion of AI, NFTs, cryptocurrencies, or any other 'Web3'-related projects.
If you have violated any of the terms in sections 2 (‘Content Guidelines’) or 5 (‘FANDOM Inc. sites’), I will send a takedown request to the content host immediately. Content hosts generally have rules against most of the items listed in section 2, so I’m sure they’d be happy to oblige, with or without copyright infringement.
If, after investigation, I believe that you have violated terms in any other section, I will attempt to contact you via whatever methods are available to have a civil conversation. If you do not respond within 2 weeks or we cannot come to an agreement, I will send a takedown request to the content host. The exceptions to this rule are instances where an individual or group may be or has been harmed by the violation (e.g. distribution of malicious software via voicebank downloads). In these cases, the content will be taken down immediately.
I am not responsible for any damages or loss as a result of punishment from the content host.
